Hello Familia, This program offers immediate access and remains available as a video course at all times. If the Path of Sacrament has resonated deeply within you, stepping into the role of a Pachamama Facilitator may be part of your calling. We understand that not everyone feels ready to fully walk the path of a Shaman just yet. For this reason, we invite you to begin your journey as a Ceremonial Retreat Volunteer, working side by side with experienced facilitators such as Andres or Catherine. Through this experience, you will begin to embody the art of Spiritual Service (Seva). As a volunteer, you will assist in ceremonial retreats across California, and Mexico, while learning the practical and energetic foundations of supporting a Shaman or Hampeq. This path allows you to stay connected with the wisdom of the Andes, the teachings of plant medicine, and the living tradition of the Q'ero cosmovision. Volunteering includes both responsibilities and benefits, designed to cultivate Ayni (balanced reciprocity) and strengthen your Karpay (personal power). By being immersed in consistent spaces of healing and transformation, you accelerate your inner growth in an authentic and grounded way. Among the benefits, you will have the opportunity to sit in ceremony with the medicines while offering your service, always remembering that your primary role is to support others. You will also experience deep personal reflection, as each interaction becomes a mirror for your own healing process. Additionally, you will develop leadership skills by learning how to hold space, follow guidance with humility, and support the flow of ceremonies. You will gain knowledge in ceremonial protocols, energy work, space holding, feedback integration, and foundational principles such as Yanantin and Masintin. Please note that enrollment in, or commitment to join, a Shamanic Initiation (Module 1) is required. We hope to walk this path with you. Munay
