Breath Adaptation in Āsana

Join us for an insightful exploration into the nuances of breath adaptation in Āsana! This class is designed to help participants discover the different components of breath and how they can be harmonized with various postures.

Throughout our sessions, we will explore the breath as a powerful medium for movement, fostering a deeper connection between breath and Āsana. Participants will gain an understanding of how to adapt their breathing patterns—for instance, lengthening specific parts of the breath while stabilizing others. We'll establish effective breath ratios and delve into techniques involving suspension and retention.

As we progress, we will practice postures that facilitate breath adaptation, introducing the concept of krama breathing. This technique will empower you to enhance your inhalation, exhalation, or both, enriching your overall practice.

By the end of the course, you will comprehend why breath adaptation is an essential component of adult yoga, leading to a more mindful and intentional practice. Join us as we breathe, move, and elevate our understanding of yoga together!

If you find yourself unable to attend the event due to unexpected changes in your plans, it's important to inform us by either sending an email or a text message. In such situations, the following refund policy applies:

1.- No refunds for cancellations within 7 days before the event.

--In such cases, the full payment is non-refundable.

2.-Cancellation between 8 and 21 days before the event:

-- You will receive a 50% refund of your payment.

--Alternatively, you can choose to apply 50% of your deposit to a future retreat.

3.- Cancellation more than 22 days before the retreat:

--You are eligible for a full 100% refund of your payment.

-- Additionally, you have the option to apply 100% of your payment to a future retreat.
