About the event

If the  Path of Medicine has resonated with you,  becoming a Pachamama Facilitator could be a journey that is waiting for you. We understand not everyone is ready to become a Shaman (or not just yet). Therefore, we want to invite you to begin your path as a Ceremonial Retreat Volunteer. Work side by side with Manuel, Chelsea, or Donnald while you practice the art of Spiritual Service (Seva).

Become a volunteer and assist in the Medicine ceremonies in:

-California

-Oregon

-Nevada

-Utah

-Washington

 -Arizona

-Texas

Learn and understand the details of assisting a Shaman or Hampeq.

As a benefit, you will be able to participate in ceremonies.

Additionally, being exposed to a more consistent space of healing and growth is a fast-track Path to your realization, without cutting any corners.

BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING

-The first benefit is of an Ayni Nature.

In exchange for your Seva (Service) you will be able to sit with the medicines In ceremony while you assist.

Depending on the facilitator and the group, you can go lighter or deeper on your personal journey. Always keeping in mind that this Volunteer Role is one being in Service at all times.

-The Second benefit is of personal growth nature

Being of Service offers you much space for personal reflection: As you help others with their processes, you will have the opportunity to reflect upon your own inner work. Every person you come in contact with, is an opportunity for personal growth. Being alongside Manuel, Chelsea or Myself, allows you to introspect much more deeply into those areas of your life on continuous 1-on-1 with the wisdom.

-The Third benefit is of leadership skills nature

Taking responsibility for different processes, learning to follow specific instructions with humility, and integrating the ABCs of running a ceremony, prepares you to not only hold space for groups of brothers and sisters looking for adequate spaces of healing, but also begin to learn how leadership is exemplified at larger scales of profound transformation settings.

Some of the things you will learn are:

-Ceremonial Retreat Protocol -Understanding Ceremony Poq'po -Energy Movement: Grounding, Feather work, Incense work -Accommodations / Negotiations -Feedback Techniques -Ceremony Responsibilities -Resolving Chaos (Archetype work) -Protection from Kalka-Kawsay (entities) -Yananyin and Masintin Basics
