Exploring Fascia: Releasing Restrictions Through YogaMFR®️ Therapy

Join us for a transformative journey into the world of fascia and its vital role in our body’s wellbeing. In this class, we will delve into the intricacies of fascia, the connective tissue that holds our body together, and explore how it can influence our movement and overall comfort.

As we practice YogaMFR Therapy, you will develop a deeper connection with your breath, which will help you identify areas of tension, pain, or compensatory patterns in your body.

These restrictions often arise from the fascia becoming tight due to injury, trauma, or habitual patterns. While fascia is an incredible organ that stabilizes our structure post-injury, it can hinder our fluid

movement if not addressed.

Through a combination of awareness, unwinding techniques, and myofascial release, you will learn how to release these restrictions, restoring a sense of flow and ease in your body. For instance, if you’ve ever sprained an ankle, you may find that the fascia around the area continues to restrict movement, even long after the initial injury.

This class will equip you with tools to release these tight areas and promote healing. Together, we will cultivate an understanding of fascia and its role in movement, allowing us to move with grace and freedom. Come prepared to explore, release, and connect with your body in a nurturing environment.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide clarity regarding our refund policy for cancellations. Please review the details below:

•     Cancellations 60 days or more before the event:

  A 75% refund of the total amount paid will be issued.

  
  

•     Cancellations between 45 and 60 days before the event:

  A 50% refund of the total amount paid will be issued.

  
  

•     Cancellations within 45 days of the event:

   No refunds will be provided. This is due to the preparation and resources already allocated to your participation.

Important Notes:

•     Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to retreats@sacredpachamama.org.

•     Refunds will be processed within 7-business days of the approved request.

•    Any non-refundable deposit or processing fees will not be included in the refunded amount. (i.e. Paypal fees)

•     Transfers of your spot to another participant may be possible. Please contact us to discuss options.
