You the one just stepping in, still carrying 3D weight: family pressure, money strain, bouts of self-doubt, and a real hunger for meaning. We honor you. When the Divine comes through you, let it find a heaven already prepared.

You must work with two anchors: the Four Elements, & Ayni (sacred reciprocity). From there, you will move in completeness, which is not perfection, yet you will step into alignment.

Petition to the Four Elements

Say this out loud with steady breath and barefoot on Mother Earth:

  • Fresh Air for all beings.

  • Fertile Soil for every community.

  • Crystalline Water for all life.

  • Fire to transmute us all.

I let the rhythms and nature of all seasons correct themselves, within me and around me.

First Requirement: Completeness

Repeat: I choose completeness now, Not need nor lack. I release the words try, maybe, hopefully. I stand in choice and neutrality. Only then you'll let your inner masculine direct and invoke, so that your inner feminine can receive and nourish. From this union, you can communicate with the elements and complete/whole multidimensional beings and energies

Opening the Field (Milquyl)

Use two coca leaves for duality, and from your feminine consciousness, invoke Pachatata, order, clarity and higher intelligente. Say "Milquyl" while stomping the ground intensely with the left heel to open Pachamama. Let Density, illness or any other hucha pass downward. If your Credit (personal power) is low, then use a black obsidian knife (or a ritual blade) as a tool.

Once you cleanse your body and consciousness will be ready to embody more of that divine self aspect of you. Fully grounded, Flowing in harmony, Present and Ready Illateqse Wirachoca

------- A story about Sasha

In San Miguel de Allende, a colorful town Mexican town, lived Sasha, he was an expat who moved to SMA 3 years prior. He walked the cobblestone city streets moving like a shadow through bright murals of colonial buildings. A low cloud followed him and he truly believed that joy was for others... Sasha was unable to hold the weight anymore and he came to meet me at our retreat home. I listened to his story in silence, then handed him a small envelope with four prescriptions and I asked him: follow them in order, then come back.

  1. Meditate at the downtown square, city park in the afternoon. He went and many Children were running, vendors laughed, lovers whispered. Life moved around him... at first, a small smile returned. he stayed there for only 4 hrs Andean element: the square is Air, breath, community, communication. The field teaches your lungs to open.

  2. Walk through the Valley of Voices. He walked under canopies that spoke through the whistle of the leaves; the soil felt alive. His heart lightened. He didnt want to leave Andean element: the forest is Earth, Pachamama eats the weight and returns sami (refined subtle energy).

  3. Walk the shore of el Charco del Ingenio. The water keeps time, the horizons twirled and merged. He felt the larger pattern. He found a sense of peace Andean element: Yacumama is Water, purification of memory and the return of flow.

  4. Receive the Sun on top of Cerro el Picacho. Among solitude and silence he listened to the timeless-ness of time itself. Presence sharpened. He felt renewed

Andean element: Dawn is Fire/transmutation of Ancestry, choosing what continues through you.

Sasha returned on the 5th day day. Before he began speaking, I said: You’ve changed... I found my spark again, he replied... I learned to see beyond my shadow, to find joy where life still breathes, and to value the time I have. I smiled smiled and said Healing begins by changing the way you relate to what’s already here, This is Ayni

This is the curriculum of the Elements, lived, not theorized, never conceptualized Munay
