Although NLP and neuroplasticity are 2 different ways to have an impact in our brain, they are very complementary to each other. NLP creates flexibility in the way you understand something or someone. The consciousness state that you find yourself in, does not change your cognitive predispositions for processing thought and emotion. New neural pathways in your brain will be formed using Pachamama Sacred Path's Neuro-Linguistic Programing sessions. This helps you create and form new habits and patterns. To create harmony in our life, we must create Patterns and Habits that are in alignment with our goals, whether they are financial, emotional or spiritual goals. There can be resistance at first because the ego creates a form of familiarity and security, however, working on these issues by being mindful can expand our consciousness and help to improve the plasticity of our brain.
